- Ticket information (prices, seat labels, notes)
- Attendee information (names, email addresses, phone numbers)
- Financial records (who paid, who owes, payment tracking)
Technical Information:
- Usage analytics via Cloudflare Analytics
- IP addresses and browser information
- Device information
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain TicketMule's services
- To track ticket purchases and payments among friend groups
- To send you service-related communications
- To improve our service and user experience
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
4. Information Sharing
With Other Users: Information you choose to share (events, tickets, allocations) is visible to other attendees you add to your events. You can control visibility using the "Hide attendees and prices" feature.
Service Providers: We may share information with:
- Cloudflare (analytics)
- Email service providers (Postmark or similar) for transactional emails
- Google and Facebook (OAuth authentication only)
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data indefinitely unless you request deletion. You can request account and data deletion by contacting us.
6. Your Privacy Controls
- Hide Attendees: Use the "hide_attendees_and_prices" option to keep event details private
- Account Deletion: Request complete account deletion via the Contact page
- Data Access: Request a copy of your data at any time
7. International Users
TicketMule is operated from Australia. Your data may be transferred to and stored in Australia. By using our service, you consent to this transfer.
8. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use TicketMule without parental consent.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on our website.

TicketMule is a free service (currently in early stages) that helps friend groups track ticket purchases and payments. We may introduce premium features or advertising in the future.
3. User Accounts

- One account per person

4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use TicketMule only for fair and legitimate purposes. Prohibited activities include:
- Using the service for illegal activities
- Creating events for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
- Harassing, threatening, or impersonating others
- Attempting to access others' accounts or data
- Interfering with or disrupting the service
- Using automated tools to scrape or access the service
5. User Content & Ownership
- Your Data: You own all event, ticket, and payment data you create
- License to Us: You grant us permission to store and display your data to provide the service
- Your Responsibility: You're responsible for the accuracy of information you enter
6. Service Availability
TicketMule is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation
- Specific uptime or availability
- Data backup or recovery
- Compatibility with all devices or browsers
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Prolonged inactivity
- Legal or regulatory requirements
8. Limitation of Liability
TicketMule is not liable for:
- Loss of data or financial records
- Disputes between users about payments
- Inaccurate information entered by users
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Third-party services (OAuth providers, analytics)
9. Dispute Resolution
Note: TicketMule is a tracking tool only. We do not handle money transfers or payments. Any financial disputes between users must be resolved directly between the parties involved.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms. We'll notify users of material changes via email.
